Rob’s knowledge of the market, ability to dig deep to find off-market options, manage the sometimes difficult negotiation process, while keeping us - the buyer - away from the stress, made for a serious stars-aligning experience. His mortgage and title team worked together seamlessly to minimize our tasks, while efficiently and simply keeping us apprised as they progressed.
